Our wood fired pizza parties are inspired by time working in Rome and the surrounding countryside, and translated to where we find ourselves, the beautiful Hudson Valley

Pricing (for up to 30 guests) - $2,000

31+ guests - $50 per person

Pricing includes:

  • a 2 hour all-you- can-eat pizza party for up to 30 guests

  • a green seasonal salad

  • Staffing

  • Plates, napkins, and flatware

  • Travel within a 50 mile round trip

In addition to your pizzas, we recommend at least 1 antipasto and side to fill out the buffet. We recommend 3-4 antipasti/sides when your party is over 5o people. The proteins are a great alternative entree option. We offer dessert if you’d like to end with something sweet.

How big are the pizzas?

The pizzas are 12” in diameter

What is the style of service for these parties?

We serve everything buffet-style. We will continue to fill up the buffet with pizza until you are no longer hungry. Yes indeed, it is an all-you-can eat pizza party.

As soon as soon as we fire up the oven, we are committed to maintaining it, and not burning whatever is inside it. We will be available to prepare and serve your party menu, replenish the buffet, and chat if you come over to check out our set up; we will not be able to maintain the event area, trash, or table side service. We can provide waitstaff for a separate rate.

Do you accommodate dietary requests?

We’ll do our best to accommodate any dietary requests you have. We can quite easily accommodate vegan and vegetarian requests. If there is a serious gluten allergy in your party, we are not going to be able to confidently serve a gluten free meal to that person - flour becomes airborne by simply stretching pizza dough.

Please note any dietary restrictions when submitting your party request, and we will follow up with you promptly.

Is there a minimum number of people required to book an event?

Our minimum is 30 guests. We’re happy to cook for smaller parties, but the base rate will remain the same.

How far will you travel?

Round trip travel up to 50 miles from Kingston is included. For travel exceeding 50 miles, a fuel surcharge of $1 per mile will be applied.

How much space is needed for your setup?

Our oven requires a dedicated off street parking space of 10’x20’ to also accommodate our truck, tent, and tables

How do I secure my event?

After submitting your event details through the form above, we will follow up with answers to any questions you may have had. Once everything is clear, we will send you an event agreement to review and sign. A 50% deposit is due 1 month before to secure your event; the remainder is due on the day of your event.

Not yet - this is what we’re working towards. In the meanwhile, come visit us at a pop up event
